Send a document on WhatsApp
Send a customer a message about a document from inside Dafater.
WhatsApp must be connected to your system first. You cannot do this yourself: how it is connected, and whether you need your own WhatsApp business account: [TO CONFIRM].
Send a message
- Open a submitted document. Purchase invoices do not have this option.
- Select Send WhatsApp.
- Check the Mobile Number.
- Write your Message and send it.
