Your first login
Open your system for the first time, and see what is ready and what is left to do.
Open your link
The email that says your system is ready holds your first login link. It works for 72 hours. Open it, choose your password, and you are in.
The first user is the person who signed up, using the email address they signed up with.
What is ready
- Your company, in Jordanian dinars, on Amman time
- A financial year that starts on 1 January
- A standard chart of accounts
- Sales tax templates, with a default rate. Ask your accountant to check them before you start
- The parts of the system your answers called for, with the others closed
What is left for you
Your system starts without your own records. Add these in order:
- Your items
- Your customers and suppliers
- Your opening stock

Then you are ready to sell at the counter or issue invoices.
