Batches and expiry dates
Follow every batch you receive and what is close to expiry.
If you told us you track batches and expiry dates, your system is set up to sell what expires first, and it does not let stock go below zero.
Set up an item
On the item, turn on batch tracking and Has Expiry Date.
Receive stock
Each time you receive the item, enter its Batch No and expiry date.
See what is close to expiry
Open the Batch Item Expiry Status report.
