Signing up
Who is Dafater for?
Small and medium businesses in Jordan. We are starting with Jordan, and with these types of business: pharmacies, mini markets, clothing stores, cosmetics stores, wholesale, schools, real estate and service businesses.
How long does it take?
You answer the questions at your own pace, and your answers are saved as you go. Our team then reviews every request by hand. How long the review and the build take: [TO CONFIRM].
Can I change my address later?
No. You choose it once, so choose it carefully.
Can you decline my request?
Yes. We may approve a request, ask you for changes, or decline it.
Using Dafater
Do I need to install anything?
No. Dafater works in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
Does it work without internet?
No. The system and the till both need a connection.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is the default, and each person on your team can work in Arabic or English.
Can I bring my data from another system?

Tax and accounting
Does Dafater file my taxes?
No. Dafater does not file tax returns and does not connect to the tax department’s invoice systems today. Your system starts with sales tax templates, and your accountant should check them before you begin.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It keeps your records in one place, and your accountant can work in it with their own role.
Your data
Who owns my data?
You do. The business data you put in your system belongs to you. See the privacy notice.
