Terms of use
The terms of signing up for Dafater and using it.
[TO CONFIRM] Draft. A lawyer has not reviewed this page, and it does not apply until it is published as final.
The service
Dafater is a business management system. You answer questions about your business, our team reviews your answers, and then we build your system for you.
Prices, subscription terms and support for your finished system: [TO CONFIRM].
Your account
You sign in to sign-up with your email address and a code we email to you. The code works once, and only for a short time. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your mailbox safe.
Give us a correct email address, and tell us the truth about yourself and your business.
Your answers and our review
Nothing is built until you send your request and our team approves it. We review every request by hand. We may approve it, ask you for changes, or decline it. If we ask for changes, your answers stay saved.
You choose the address of your system once, and it cannot be changed afterwards.
Acceptable use
Follow the acceptable use policy.
Your data
The business data you put in your system belongs to you. The privacy notice explains what we store, where, and for how long.
Availability and updates
We update the systems we host from time to time. We tell you at least 72 hours before a planned update, and as early as we can before an urgent one. Your system may be unavailable for a short time while an update runs. Sign-up and your system may also be unavailable at other times.
Ending
You can withdraw your request at any time before your system is built. We may stop the service for you if you break these terms. See cancellation and your data.
Responsibility and governing law
The limits of our responsibility to you and yours to us: [TO CONFIRM].
The governing law and the place where disputes are decided: [TO CONFIRM].
The provider’s full legal details: [TO CONFIRM].
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Each version has a date, and we record which version you accepted, and when. If the terms change in a way that matters, we ask you to accept the new version.
