Before your system is built
You can withdraw your request at any time, from your sign-up account. A request that is withdrawn is erased after 30 days.
After your system is live

Erasing your data
You can ask us to erase your data, and we do so on request. We cannot while a build or a decision on your request is pending, or while you have a live system; in those cases we tell you why.
